1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to classes, tickets and subscriptions offered by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.
By purchasing a ticket or subscription, customers agree to the applicable terms set out below, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
2. Tickets and Subscriptions
2.1 Flex10 Ticket
A Flex10 Ticket entitles the customer to attend 10 eligible classes and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Use of the ticket is subject to class availability and the booking conditions set out below.
Customers must book each class in advance through the booking system or another booking method accepted by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. If a booking is cancelled within this deadline, the class credit will remain available for future use.
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the customer does not attend the booked class (no-show), the class credit will be considered used.
If a class booked using a Flex10 Ticket is cancelled by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg, the class credit used for that booking will be restored to the customer’s account.
Flex10 Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.
2.2 Single-Class Ticket
A Single-Class Ticket entitles the customer to attend one eligible class and is valid only for the class booked.
Customers must book the class in advance through the booking system or another booking method accepted by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.
If a booking is cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time, the ticket will be returned to the customer’s account for future use, subject to any applicable validity conditions.
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the customer does not attend the booked class (no-show), the ticket will be considered used and will not be returned or refunded, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
If a class is cancelled by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg, the customer will be offered an appropriate alternative arrangement or refund, as applicable under the circumstances and applicable law.
2.3 Trimester Pass
The Trimester Pass reserves a place for the customer in a designated class for the duration of the relevant trimester. Customers holding a Trimester Pass do not need to book each lesson individually.
A minimum of 10 lessons per trimester is guaranteed. Additional lessons may be scheduled depending on the trimester calendar.
The fee covers the reserved place in the designated class for the trimester and is not calculated on the basis of individual attendance.
If a customer is unable to attend a class for personal reasons, including holidays or other commitments, no refund, make-up class or transfer of the missed lesson to the following trimester will be provided, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
In cases of illness supported by a medical certificate, DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg will consider the circumstances and determine an appropriate arrangement on a case-by-case basis.
If a class is cancelled by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg and the total number of lessons held during the relevant trimester would otherwise fall below 10, DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg will schedule make-up lesson(s) to ensure that a minimum of 10 lessons is provided. Customers will be informed of the scheduled make-up lesson(s) in advance.
Trimester Passes are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.
3. Payment and Fees
All tickets and subscriptions must be paid for in accordance with the payment conditions communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
Class fees and ticket prices are published through the applicable booking or sales channels.
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg may revise its prices. Any changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the terms applicable to existing bookings or subscriptions.
Refunds are subject to the conditions applicable to the relevant ticket or subscription and to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
4. Discounts
4.1 U25 Discount – Young Adult and Adult Categories
Dancers aged 25 or under at the time of ticket purchase are eligible for a 10% discount.
4.2 U29 Discount – Tango Argentino Category
Dancers aged 29 or under at the time of ticket purchase are eligible for a 10% discount.
4.3 Other Discounts
Family discounts and other special discounts may be offered at the discretion of DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg. The applicable conditions will be communicated individually at the time of the offer.
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.
5. Studio Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and other participants and to follow reasonable instructions relating to studio use and class activities.
Customers are expected to respect the studio facilities and equipment.
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, subject to applicable law.
6. Use of Website and Booking System
Customers must provide accurate information when registering, booking classes or making payments.
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg makes reasonable efforts to keep its website and booking system available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Copyright and Teaching Materials
Teaching materials, texts, videos, choreography and other content provided by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg or its teachers remain the property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, publish or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior permission.
Recording classes or filming teachers and other participants requires prior permission, subject to applicable law.
8. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data may be used for purposes such as class administration, bookings, payments and communication relating to DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg’s activities.

9. Changes to These Terms
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The applicable version will be made available through the relevant website or booking system. Changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions will not override mandatory consumer rights or automatically alter existing contractual rights where such changes are not legally permitted.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
