These Terms & Conditions apply to classes, tickets and subscriptions offered by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By purchasing a ticket or subscription, customers agree to the applicable terms set out below, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Flex10 Ticket entitles the customer to attend 10 eligible classes and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Use of the ticket is subject to class availability and the booking conditions set out below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers must book each class in advance through the booking system or another booking method accepted by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. If a booking is cancelled within this deadline, the class credit will remain available for future use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the customer does not attend the booked class (no-show), the class credit will be considered used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a class booked using a Flex10 Ticket is cancelled by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg, the class credit used for that booking will be restored to the customer’s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flex10 Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Single-Class Ticket entitles the customer to attend one eligible class and is valid only for the class booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers must book the class in advance through the booking system or another booking method accepted by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a booking is cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time, the ticket will be returned to the customer’s account for future use, subject to any applicable validity conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the customer does not attend the booked class (no-show), the ticket will be considered used and will not be returned or refunded, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a class is cancelled by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg, the customer will be offered an appropriate alternative arrangement or refund, as applicable under the circumstances and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Trimester Pass reserves a place for the customer in a designated class for the duration of the relevant trimester. Customers holding a Trimester Pass do not need to book each lesson individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A minimum of 10 lessons per trimester is guaranteed. Additional lessons may be scheduled depending on the trimester calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fee covers the reserved place in the designated class for the trimester and is not calculated on the basis of individual attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a customer is unable to attend a class for personal reasons, including holidays or other commitments, no refund, make-up class or transfer of the missed lesson to the following trimester will be provided, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In cases of illness supported by a medical certificate, DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg will consider the circumstances and determine an appropriate arrangement on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a class is cancelled by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg and the total number of lessons held during the relevant trimester would otherwise fall below 10, DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg will schedule make-up lesson(s) to ensure that a minimum of 10 lessons is provided. Customers will be informed of the scheduled make-up lesson(s) in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trimester Passes are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All tickets and subscriptions must be paid for in accordance with the payment conditions communicated at the time of booking or purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Class fees and ticket prices are published through the applicable booking or sales channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg may revise its prices. Any changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the terms applicable to existing bookings or subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds are subject to the conditions applicable to the relevant ticket or subscription and to any mandatory rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dancers aged 25 or under at the time of ticket purchase are eligible for a 10% discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dancers aged 29 or under at the time of ticket purchase are eligible for a 10% discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Family discounts and other special discounts may be offered at the discretion of DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg. The applicable conditions will be communicated individually at the time of the offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and other participants and to follow reasonable instructions relating to studio use and class activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers are expected to respect the studio facilities and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers must provide accurate information when registering, booking classes or making payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg makes reasonable efforts to keep its website and booking system available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teaching materials, texts, videos, choreography and other content provided by DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg or its teachers remain the property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, publish or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recording classes or filming teachers and other participants requires prior permission, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal data may be used for purposes such as class administration, bookings, payments and communication relating to DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg’s activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Further information about the processing of personal data is provided in the applicable Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DANCE FACTORY Luxembourg may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The applicable version will be made available through the relevant website or booking system. Changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Changes to these Terms & Conditions will not override mandatory consumer rights or automatically alter existing contractual rights where such changes are not legally permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
